Alexis Smith (8 juin 1921 – 9 juin 1993) était une actrice de théâtre, de cinéma et de télévision d'origine canadienne. Elle est apparue dans plusieurs grands films hollywoodiens dans les années 1940 et a eu une carrière notable à Broadway dans les années 1970, remportant un Tony Award en 1972.
