Biographie
Steve Harley, de son vrai nom Stephen Malcolm Ronald Nice (né le 27 février 1951 à Deptford, Angleterre) est un auteur-compositeur-interprète britannique. Il commence le violon à 9 ans, puis la guitare. Il se représente dans des clubs et barrs au début des années 70. Il forme son premier groupe Cockney Rebel en 1972. En 1975, le groupe se renomme Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel. Son premier album solo 'Hobo with a Grin' est sorti en 1978.
