Jeff Hanneman, né le 31 janvier 1964 à Oakland et mort le 2 mai 2013 à Hemet, est un musicien, auteur-compositeur américain. Il était, avec Kerry King, l'un des deux membres fondateurs de Slayer, groupe américain leader du mouvement de thrash metal depuis sa formation au début des années 1980.
